During your cleanse

All clients taking part in the cleanse will arrive at the retreat the night before the cleanse starts. Here the group will meet each other over a light supper with the team members who will be facilitating during the retreat time.

The cleansing starts with yoga followed by the light alignment for each client, after lunch treatments and exercise will begin. Some days will be slightly different as we enter into deeper phases of the cleansing process.

A timetable will be made for each person to know where they should be, either for treatments, exercise, food and supplements. To see a typical example click here

 

Foods will be modified throughout the cleanse to be inline with each phase of the detox. Fresh Vegetables Juices and Soups alongside Super Green Foods and Supplements are used to aid each stage of the process.

 

Each of the treatments is specifically chosen for cleansing on all areas of the body, an integrated approach is used to synergies each treatment with the exercises, nutrition and supplements to deepen the cleansing experience.

 

Seminars, talks and discussions are given through the cleanse to provide more in-depth information about the cleanse, these periods are also used to show films discussion topics to help inspire your process.
