How to get started
Before you start a cleansing program you will go through a consultation, one is performed once you have registered. This is to ensure that all your needs and medical history can be used to tailor your detox. Some of the programs will provide colonic hydrotherapy and a supplement package ahead of the retreat date.
Depending on the findings of the consulation, your retreat program may be modified, this may involve 1-2 weeks preparation before you start the retreat.
